Hello, DIY Beautify readers! My name is Lindsay and I write the blog My Creative Days. I am happy to be here to share my thrift store clock makeover with you. I am obsessed with DIY, repurposing and upcycling. I love decorating our home with treasures I have picked up and made over to work in our space. So...confession time.

I can't run. Yep, I own running shoes....but I don't run in them! They are great shoes for standing all day baking chocolate chip cookies (my other part time job!)


I've always admired long distance runners who are able to propel their bodies forward for miles at a time. They make it look effortless.

I've tried to run. Several years ago Mr DIY and I decided we'd go for a run every morning. It was going to be our 'thing'. I bought new running shoes, cute little stretchy shorts

Good morning friends! I hope you are surviving the 'winter doldrums' that can set in after long, cold, cloudy days.
