Repurpose a Thrift Store Frame

Repurpose a Thrift Store Frame
How to Use an Empty Frame   Happy Friday friends! I hope you've had a great week. I found this great looking frame at the thrift store recently. It was marked down to $1.99, probably because there was no glass, picture or backing. Just an empty frame. I love finding frames like this, especially if the frame has a lot of texture like this one does. But what do you do with empty frames? Here's what it looked like before I upcycled it..

Preserving the Past - Paper Crafting   Disclosure: this post contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase after clicking on the link, I make a small commission (at no extra cost to you). I will only promote products that I love. Thank you for helping to support my blog.  Do you remember when Polaroid cameras were all the rage? I remember my dad taking pictures and the picture popping out of the camera a few seconds later! He would wave it around a little so it could dry before he would let us touch it. We were always so excited to see the instant image that was captured. As neat as Polaroids were, the prints they produced were small. One size only.  I inherited a lot of pictures when my parents passed away. I wanted a way to preserve them and make them look as special as the memories feel ..and to preserve them all together in a vintage album.

Clipboard for Teen Girl and a Cricut Giveaway!  *Disclosure: this is a sponsored post written on behalf of Cricut but all opinions and projects shown are my own. I only sponsor products I love and know you will enjoy too!*  I absolutely love my Cricut Personal Cutter and use it several times a month. One of the ways I use it is to make customized gifts. A personal gift is so much better than something generic off the shelf, isn't it? With my Cricut, personalized gifts are really just a cut away! My niece Katrina was visiting from Ontario, Canada and she was going to be turning 13 while at our home. I decided to make a cute, personalized TO DO Clipboard for her. This was a bit of an experiment because I wanted to have cute paper, but make the clipboard like a dry erase board. My 'secret product''?
