There are 30 of us who are showing you how we decorate for Fall in our homes! I'm sure you'll have fun taking a peek into each space and even get some great ideas for your own home! If you hopped over here from Southern Home and Hospitality, didn't you love Kate's blue and white Fall decor? I'm a huge fan of blue and white too and you'll see some of it in my dining room tour today.

In case you're new here, I'm Cindy and I'm so happy you're here! I'm a wife, momma of 3 kiddos and 1 fur pet. It's been a whirlwind of a summer as we packed up our Texas farmhouse, saw our youngest graduate from High School, drove to Memphis TN to look for a home, and ended up in Mississippi! If that isn't crazy, I'm not sure what is, LOL. You can read more about our journey here.

How to add warm Fall touches to a dining room

Last week I shared the bulk of our fall decorated home as well as how we added cozy fall vibes to our back patio. Today it's time to share our decorated dining room, now home to both my black hutch and my pine hutch! That's a lot of vintage dishes you guys!

Check out last year's Fall decorated dining room here

I'm not quite sure how it's possible that in only 3 months I've not only unpacked our home, but have decorated it to the point that most people think we've been here for years! I guess I really like to decorate, haha! Actually, now that we're empty nesters, decorating has been a good distraction because I miss my kids!

I added warm golden wheat and this amazing mustard garland to the pine hutch. I love how it plays with my vintage blue and white dishes and my DIY blue and white porcelain pumpkins! These colors just work so well together. If you look closely you can see some of my wood bead and fabric sunflowers that I made this year. They're so cute and easy to make!

My table centerpiece is an old wood box that we found in the older home that my son just bought. He's getting married in a few weeks and they have been working on their home. In fact, I got to help them spruce up their small kitchen with some budget friendly updates, and it is a huge improvement! You can check it out here. Back to the wood box. I filled it with pumpkins, ironstone stacks, candlesticks, fabric napkins, white berries and these leaf stems. I believe they're currently out of stock, but you can get on the waitlist. They're worth it, I promise! That's the second vintage wood box we've found for free since moving into this home! You can see the other one in my kitchen here.

I really love how our new beige buffalo check curtains from Decoberry tie in the warm fall colors throughout our home! I am still loving the blue and white toile seat cushions that I recovered last year. I did all 6 chairs with this Amazon tablecloth (for under $20) and they are the perfect complement to the rest of the dining room. Recovering your chairs is an inexpensive and easy project that I like to do every few years. Click here if you'd like the tutorial.

Okay, are you ready to have your mind blown? See these terracotta pumpkins? Guess what? They're those foam cheapies from the Dollar Tree, but I gave them a quick upcycle and I am so excited at how amazing they look!

At each place setting, I layered a woven charger, these plaid napkins (currently on sale at Target), my vintage blue Currier & Ives dishes, an ironstone lunch plate and a small coppery orange pumpkin from the Target Dollar Spot. I love how it all came together!

Here's a peek at my thrifted black hutch (the first piece I ever chalk painted about 10 years ago), filled with thrifted vintage ironstone and other pretties. We paid more to have the bubble glass installed than we paid for the hutch, but it was still a very inexpensive piece!

So with the kids all gone, I decided to set up a little charcuterie snack board for Mr DIY and I one evening this week. I received this gorgeous acacia wood acorn bar board from Vagabond House, and used it as a charcuterie-for-two! I absolutely love the pewter acorns, they are so detailed and the board is extremely well made. What a wonderful gift this would make for the holidays!

I grabbed a few seasonal cheeses and crackers from Aldi and set them up on the board, along with grapes, nuts and some deli meat. Mr DIY and I gobbled it up! You might notice the pumpkin spice jojo's from TJ's are missing...that's because I finished the box myself! 😏

I hope my fall decorated dining room and table has given you some ideas you can use in your own home!
