Other ways to get the most from your outdoor spaces:
- if you have a covered porch, treat it as a room! Add a cabinet, throw pillows, rugs, even a light blanket or two for chilly evenings
- plant foliage or flowers in pots and sprinkle them around your space
- hang a bird feeder
- increase the size of your patio with large square pavers
- hang outdoor swag lights to amp up the coziness
- look for outdoor seating and rugs on FB Marketplace, the thrift store or yard sales
- hang a swing
